You drive a "Ferrari" and nobody can touch you! It seems to be the case in Belgrade considering that the owners of the cars like this can park whenever they want.

Proof that the red "Ferrari" was illegally parked in McKenzie  street in the downtown in Belgrade yesterday.

Eyewitnesses that took a picture of this and shared it on social network Facebook say that he was parked on the crosswalk in front of the building of communal police.
