Završena je i trka za Veliku nagradu Italije u Moto GP šampionatu. Na stazi Muđelo pobedio je Danilo Petrući (41:33.794)na Dukatiju, a iza njega su bili Mark Markez na Hondi (+0.043) i timski kolega Andrea Doviciozo (+0.338). Petrući će ovaj dan posebno pamtiti zbog prve pobede u karijeri, koja je ujedno bila u domovini.

Trku je obeležilo i odustajanje legende Valentina Rosija. Doktor (Jamaha) je prvo imao kontakt sa Đoanom Mirom na Suzukiju, a zatim i izleteo sa staze. Nisu završili ni Džek Miler, Frančesko Banjana, Hafiz Šajrin i Franko Morbideli.

Did you know that doing 45 min of HIIT (High intensity interval training) or any cardiovascular training 3 times a week can make you genetically up to 9 years younger? A recent german study conducted in Leipzig, has once again proven, that our cells get younger the more cardiovascular training we perform. They looked at Telomeres, which are located at the end of our chromosomes and basically reflect the age of a cell- the longer they are, the younger the cell! The groups that did HIIT and Cardio training 3-4 times weekly, had after 6 months longer telomeres than when they started, hence their cells got younger. The group that performened only strength training and the group that was sedentary, no change in length occurred. Henceforth, mix up your training routines between strength and cardio training.
