In this event we’re exploring Darwin, a town at the Top End of Australia’s Northern Territory — an area called the”actual Outback.” First stop on David’s tour of Darwin is Crocosaurus Cove, a reptile park located in Darwin.



The major attraction here’s the famed Cage of Death, although it holds the world’s biggest collection of reptiles! Up is the Mindil Beach Sunset Market — an evening marketplace where locals and tourists alike come to eat, shop for crafts and arts, and also spend some time outside. David needed a burger. There are Asian, Greek, and also local food stalls to choose from. The Mindil Beach Sunset Market is open every Thursday and Sunday (dry season), however Thursday night brings more of a bunch.

Is the Saturday morning Parap Market — another great opportunity to associate with sample global foods and the neighborhood or surf for crafts and arts. Open from 8 am to 2:30pm, this is a wonderful opportunity to get breakfast outside of your resort. David purchased a Laksa and a fruit smoothie. Other options consist of Vietnamese pho bowls, desserts, noodles, and even freshly cut fruit. Parap is ideal for families!

David unites Wallaroo Tours for a day of experience, starting with a boat excursion to see the Adelaide River’s notorious jumping crocs. These will be the most aggressive and greatest crocodiles on earth and they have a remarkable capacity to leap from the water for food.

Next up on the excursion is Litchfield National Park, a character refuge where visitors may swim in the lagoon of Wangi Falls or even at the rock pools.
