Brežančić je profeiosnalnu karijeru počeo u Partizanu, ali je veći deo vremena među crno-belima proveo kao pozajmljen igrač u Bežaniji i Teleoptiku. Potom je usledio odlazak u Metalac, a igrao je i za Čukarički u kojem se potpuno afirmisao. Odatle je usledio odlazak u Az Alkmar, a potom i Uesku.
