Serbian FM Dacic says Vucic in Brussels
Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic confirmed that President Aleksandar Vucic will be in Brussels on Friday for a meeting with European Union High Representative Federica Mogherini.
Dacic told the Serbian state TV (RTS) on Friday morning that Vucic would decide about other meetings when he gets to Brussels. “The president is in a plane to Brussels. That is important news because his trip was under >> Pročitaj celu vest na sajtu N1 televizija << consideration. We will take part in the dialogue and talk to Federica Mogherini,” he said.
Vucic is scheduled to meet with Kosovo President Hashim Thaci for another round of the dialogue to normalize Belgrade-Pristina relations under EU auspices. Media reports late on Thursday said that he might cancel the trip to Brussels as well as a scheduled trip to Kosovo over the weekend.
The RTS said that Vucic ordered the military, the police and civilian intelligence agency BIA to stop all communication with the Kosovo police, KFOR and any Albanian and international representatives active in Kosovo, adding that he would decide on the visit to Kosovo later on Friday.
