Russian minister said that Kosovo’s Albanians did not honour the agreements made with Belgrade under the European Union auspices, despite, as he put it, Belgrade’s a constructive stand, and added that the EU should influence Kosovo’s leaders.
The two ministers agreed that a successful end to the Belgrade – Pristina dialogue would firm the regional stability, and Dacic reiterated Belgrade’s stand that without Russia there could not be a lasting and sustainable solution to the Kosovo issue.
