Serb List: Washington sees no alternative to dialogue
Serb List officials told the Voice of America in Washington that the US administration feels that there is no alternative to the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue.
The Kosovo Serb politicians met with US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Mathew Palmer at the State Department for an hour which the VOA says is longer than customary for meetings of that kind. The Serb List officials said the dialogue could be continued later this month, adding that the US administration is interested in finding a long-term solution. They made no comment on possible suggestions from the State Department about that solution.
