Serbia’s FM: Hurdles slow down regional processes
Serbia's Foreign Minister said in London on Monday that there were obstacles which were slowing down the performances in the Western Balkans including the European integration of the region, his Ministry's said in a statement.
It added Dacic took part at the “Future of the Berlin Process” panel, a part of the European Union Summit on Western Balkans held in the British capital, saying that every country had its >> Pročitaj celu vest na sajtu N1 televizija << plan and dynamics in implementing the reforms.
In his address, Dacic added that the Berlin process confirmed its cooperation capacity in the last four years.
However, he said, that “unfortunately, not everything is in the implementation of the reforms, what Serbia is successfully doing,” and that “other hurdles are decelerating processes and European integration.”
The statement quoted Dacic as telling the panel, at which the foreign ministers of Montenegro and Macedonia also took part, that “we cannot change the past, but it is certain we can make the future better to suit us all.”
“By overcoming political issues in the region, the economy and trade, even the idea about a regional economic zone, will produce results since that is the right way,” Dacic said.
