JOINT ANNOUNCEMENT OF VUCIC AND NIKOLIC: We will closely cooperate in the future
Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic and President Tomislav Nikolic talked about political and security situation in the country and the region. The President and Prime Minister completely agree that Serbia is facing serious challenges and temptations, and it is necessary to provide a joint and comprehensive response to the state leadership. The President and the Prime Minister agreed on the measures and actions regarding the Bosnia and Herzegovina lawsuit against Serbia for genocide, as well as on the issue of defending vital national interests of Serbia on the proposal for membership of so-called Kosovo state in UNESCO and the Council of Europe.
Daily coordination on these key issues for Serbia was agreed.
At the same time, President Nikolic and Vucic talked about the upcoming presidential elections in Serbia.
Two interviewees characterized their past cooperation as an important, significant and successful for Serbia and agreed to work closely in the future.
