No red lines in Kosovo dialogue, Serbian PM says

The Belgrade-Pristina dialogue is difficult and complicated and it’s important for the process not to be burdened by red lines, Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabic said at a meeting of the Munich Security Conference (MSC) Core Group.

“Germany’s support is important to us in that context. A compromise solution is the key to regional stability and security and is the deciding factor for the economic prospects and prosperity for all the citizens of the region,” Brnabic is quoted >> Pročitaj celu vest na sajtu N1 televizija << as saying in a government press release from the meeting in the Belarus capital Minsk.

She said that a viable solution is in Serbia’s interests, adding that Belgrade is committed to the dialogue and finding a compromise through it.

The press release said that Brnabic was invited to the meeting by MSC chairman Wolfgang Ischinger.

Brnabic is scheduled to meet Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko and Prime Minister Sergey Rumas, the press release said.

Kosovo President Hashim Thaci is also attending the gathering and has had a meeting with Ischinger earlier in the day. There has been no announcement about a possible meeting between Thaci and Brnabic.
