A step towards Europe
Serbia has made a major step forward in the process of European integration. Instead of "potential", it is almost certain that Serbia would be the "official" candidate for EU membership until Friday this week. Although there are reasons to celebrate, the more important step is to give serious thought to preparation for the next big step in the process of European integration - the start of negotiations on EU membership.
