The decision of Donald Trump to ban Muslims from entering USA caused demonstration all over America, and new American president said that those are measures for the safety of the country.

"Air Serbia" responded on the decision.

"Air Serbia cooperates with the Agency for the US Customs and Border Protection to ensure that our airlines comply with new restrictions on US immigration policy, which came into force >> Pročitaj celu vest na sajtu Telegraf.rs << over the weekend.

Our common interest is to ensure compliance with these rules, as well as the well-being of all passengers to which they relate.

In these cases, where possible, the airline will offer passengers booking changes, the change of flight or compensation in accordance with our business policy.

Passengers who require more information please contact the US Consulate or visit the website of the Agency for the US Customs and Border Protection.

Passengers that are affected by the changes and that have the tickets for travel with Air Serbia can contact the agents where they booked the tickets, if necessary to carry out changes in their travel arrangements" the statement said.

Trump said in his statement that it is not a ban against Muslims, as medias wrongly reported.

- This is not about religion, but about the terror and preserving the country safe. In more than 40% of the countries around the world, most of the citizens are made of Muslims, and they are not affected by regulation - wrote Trump in the statement, reports Reuters.
