Nikola and Marija are #youngheroes who have no limits (PHOTO)
Main actors of the movie (IN)ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, the latest movie of the Telenor serial #youngheroes (#mladiheroji), had its premiere on Telenor YouTube channel, are young and successful Nikola Tepavac and Marija Gavrilov.
Nikola is the winner of the main prize of American society of mechanical engineers for production of robotic arm that can be used as artificial limb, which is made with a 3D printer. Marija, who works as a "Tech Evangelist" at Startit Center, supports >> Pročitaj celu vest na sajtu Telegraf.rs << and promotes the development of entrepreneurship with young people in Serbia.
Nikola started doing robotics while he was in high school. His first bigger invention was a dozer vehicle - a robot that can defuse bombs. The love for making he inherited from his father, electrical automation engineer. His father had a shop in which he would constantly build something or remake something. Nikola found that fascinating.
- I find inspiration everywhere, in everyday things, and the material on the market or on junkyard. It is important to be resourceful, find the things you need and adapt them to their function. There are no limits, said Nikola.
Before she joined Startit, modern start up center where they work with young IT entrepreneurship, Marija studied and lectured entrepreneurship with cooperation with professors of Dartmouth College in Hanover, USA. One of the projects she worked on was building of a mobile platform for assistance for medical staff in remote parts of Peru.

- I feel constant need to work on something that will challenge me. If i only focused on one thing and not open myself for new knowledge, i would never have realized that it was technology that attracted me. What holds back young in Serbia is the fact that what they go to school for they have to do that for the rest of their lives. But the world changes and that changes too. That's why i think it is important to get in touch with many areas and gather little pieces from each to create your own little world - said the prize winner of the most influential woman of a Serbian Start Up scene.
Nikola and Marija are young who achieved great success thanks to their efforts, commitment and determination. They are Telenor's #youngheroes that remove limits, constantly learning and develop. They have the strength to change the world around them, but also help others do the same.
