Alisan Porter je pre skoro dvadeset godina osvojila srca filmske publike ulogom siročeta Sju u komediji "Kovrdžava Sju".

Glumc Džejms Beluši igrao je lutalicu i prevaranta, a mala Sju bila je njegova partnerka u zločinu. Sve se promenilo kada su pokušali da prevare lepu advokaticu, a ona poželela da usvoji Sju i zaljubila se u prevaranta.

Sju je igrala Alisan Porter, glumica koja NEMA kovrdžavu kosu, već je sate provodila kod frizera kako bi izgledala tako kako izgleda u filmu, i koja je neko vreme provela boreći se s problemima zavisnosti.

Here lies a girl who hasn’t been to target in 8 days.... who misses her babies and her loved ones. She is tired and slightly broken down, her emotions and patience are being tested. She gave her full self to every performance and remembers why she does this insane stuff just to sing a song and pay some bills. She went to the gym everyday and didn’t eat her feelings. She is resilient, willing, fragile, strong like bull and hasn’t given up yet. Let’s get real, this shit is hard sometimes. It’s a lot. I suppose I’ll go at it again tomorrow.
