Džozi je godinama bila balerina, pa je na Instagramu objavila da ne voli spore vežbe kao što je joga, već nešto što će joj ipak "ubrzati puls".

so I’ve been pretty active all my life.. always played sports, danced, did gymastics etc... I’ve never been a fan of yoga or any slow placed work outs. Im constantly doing high intensity training/cardio work. Definitely because of my ADD lol.. anyways, my fitness goal for this #vsfashionshow is to be able to successfully meditate and find mental serenity in the midst of this prep and chaos. One of the hardest things I’ve ever attempted to do is clear my mind. Your mental strength is incredibly important, especially when opportunities like this come your way... Let’s see if I can do it ❤️ #trainlikeanangel
