The perfect movement to have as a superset finisher with your heavier lifts on back and/or shoulder day! Example of a superset would be heavy seated or kneeling lat pull down or Arnold press and then the exercise shown in above video! All you need: 2 light kettle bells Foot forward into a deep lunge and row (working back) straight up into a over head press (working shoulders) while transitioning into a full lunge and repeat! - 10 reps x 4 rounds

Social media is like a mask that many people hide behind. When looking from the outside in we can get fooled into thinking what is real and what is fake, what is true and what is false. Real often times is rarely shown. You can literally be anyone you want to be on the social media even if you’re not completely that person in real life. Pictures and videos can hide ones true colors. Real emotion and feelings are replaced with fake happiness. Fake happiness replaces real happiness because when you pretend that you are someone else for so long.. you begin to not be able to differentiate the two. For some it’s easy to put on the mask and play a different role, for others not so much. But next time you start to compare your happiness to others, or you compare yourself to someone else’s life.. catch your thoughts and remind yourself that life isn’t always as it may seem, especially on social media. Don’t compare your world to someone else’s because people often put their “best life” on social media... and there might be so much more behind closed doors you don’t see. We all walk our own path and we all have our own lessons and challenges to face. The more you focus on you and stop comparing your life to the life of other people, the better you will become.
