Džena Džejmison (44) je na Instagram profilu objavila sliku na kojoj se vidi drastična razlika u njenim kilogramima u odnosu na ranije i ovo nije prvi put da ponosno ističe svoj put do ozdravljenja.
Izborila se sa zavisnošću od alkohola, u međuvremnu se porodila >> Pročitaj celu vest na sajtu Mondo << i imala popriličan višak kilograma - prema njenim rečima, u jednom trenutku je imala oko 85 kilograma, a smršala je oko 30 kilograma od kada je počela da se pridržava keto dijete.
"Vežbanje počinje da se isplaćuje. Da, izgubila sam kilograme koje sam htela, ali želim da se osetim mišićavo. U mojim godinama to nije lako. Imam skoro 45 i iskreno, prezirem teretanu, jer se ne osećam lepo tamo", napisala je ona u opisu fotografije i dodala da umesto odlaska u teretanu, šeta što više može i trči uz stepenice.
Takođe je poručila pratiocima da izađu iz četiri zida, pokrenu se i žive život.
Ovom dijetom je skinula skoro 30 kilograma
"Penzionisana" glumica filmova za odrasle ima ćerkicu Batel Lu (19 meseci) sa dečkom Liorom Bitonom, dok s bivšim partnerom Titom Ortezom ima sinove blizance - Džesija i Džurnija (9).

Answers to my most asked questions. What hours do you intermittent fast? 6pm to 11am 5 days a week. Did you work out on top of keto to get your results? NO! I only began lifting weights and a bit of yoga this last month. Why are your tattoos switched in the pictures? One image is taken in the mirror. How tall are you? 5’7” Will you stay on keto forever? YES, it makes me feel strong and sharp. Why would I want to go back to feeling like a sloth? What do you put in your morning coffee? Sugar free coffee mate and stevia. Italian sweet cream coffee mate is my only vice. Did keto effect you milk supply? (I’m a nursing mom) no, but I recommend not doing keto until your baby is eating solids and breastfeeding. Just as a precaution. All mamas supplies and nursing journeys are different. What do you do if you hit a weight loss plateau? I cut dairy for a few days and it works like a charm! Yes it’s that time! #mondaymotivation so the funny before pic is me 1 month postpartum. This is the truth and reality of what us women go through after having a baby. Exhausted, in love... and wondering who the hell the person staring back at them in the mirror is.
