Two city buses, one car in central Belgrade accident
Eleven people were injured on Monday when two city buses and a passenger car crashed on the road running past the St Sava temple.
One of the drivers said he lost control of his bus.
Emergency services spokeswoman Dr Nada Macura said six medical teams were sent to the crash site and took nine people, including a child, to the city Emergency Center.
“Only one woman of 49 was seriously injured,” Macura said. Video and photographs from the scene showed one of the buses with its windshield broken and glass all over the inside of the bus and a car with a dent in the back end.
