THEY ARE SERBIAN HEROES: This is how firefighters fought they way through blizzard to save sick woman (PHOTO)

Fire - rescue team evacuated from the slopes of mountain Kukavica from Gornje Jabukovo, a woman aged 27 years, who had to be urgently admitted to the hospital in Vranje. 

Firefighters fought their way through over three kilometers to reach the house with this young lady. She had to be examined urgently in the hospital in Vranje.

- We took the call and we immediately went, the road was partially cleared, but only to the village church, >> Pročitaj celu vest na sajtu Telegraf.rs << which is 5 kilometers away from Vladicin Han. From there we walked over the snow to the house. The woman had a leg surgery, and she couldn't move even when the road was clear, let alone few kilometers over the snow - said one of the firefighters for Informer.

The lifeguards evacuated the woman to Vladicin Han, and ambulance came to help.

This is a second case of evacuation of sick from the mountain villages in the Vladicin Han municipality, since the emergency situation has been announced.
