Already after the first day of the European Indoor Championships in Athletics it is clear that this will be one of the best organized competitions, if not the best indoor competition.
The atmosphere on the stands was phenomenal, and somewhere between seven and eight thousand people were in the Arena watching the best European athletes competing for the medals.

- Arena is wonderful, everyone was saying that the path may not be fast, but I have shown that it is. I like it here, I will certainly come back to Belgrade. I felt like at home, the audience was on my side - said Ivona after winning silver in the pentathlon.
