PM expects recognition for Serbia’s leading role
Prime Minister Ana Brnabic said on Thursday that she expects Serbia’s regional leadership role to be recognized at the European Union – Western Balkans summit in the Bulgarian capital Sofia later this month.
“I expect our leading role in the region to be recognized and confirmed once more,” she said.
She also expects the summit participants to be prepared to hear the basic messages of Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic on what Serbia is doing for regional stability.
Asked about Pristina’s participation in the summit, she said the important this is for the European Union to remain status neutral.
