More bombs found in Serbian city
Workers at a construction site in Novi Sad have found more bombs on Wednesday after unearthing a World War 2 era bomb a day earlier.
The construction workers are reported to have found parts of at least another 20 aerial bombs in a suburb of the northern Serbian city.
The construction site is located in an area of Novi Sad which was once home to a Yugoslav Royal Air Force airfield at the start of World War 2. The airfield was bombed by the Luftwaffe in the first days of the war.
Police explosive experts investigated the bomb parts and declared them harmless. The construction workers are removing the parts using shovels and diggers.
