Eight injured in Bosnia refinery explosion
Eight people were injured in an explosion at the oil refinery in the Bosnian town of Brod, the Srna news agency reported on Tuesday evening.
The local police said the fire was under control and that none of the injured were in serious condition.
The explosion at the refinery was located in the processing plant, Doboj police spokeswoman Dragana Kerkez told reporters, adding that the blast shook the refinery at around 09:30 pm.
Local residents said the blast shattered windows in houses close to the refinery.
