BIRN: Serbian policeman pleaded guilty in exchange for legalisation of premises
For more than two years, authorities have been refusing to provide the Balkan Investigative Reporting Network (BIRN) a decision to legalise a business and residential building owned by Goran Stamenkovic, the only one held criminally responsible for the demolition in the old Belgrade's Savamala district almost five years ago.
