The Stranglers to preform at Belgrade Beer Festival
British post-punk band The Stranglers will entertain the audience at the 16th Belgrade Beer Festival on August 16, the organisers said on Thursday.
That will be the first time the famous band performs at the Festival, and the spectators will listen to them for free.
The Stranglers started their 40-year-long career in Guildford, the UK, and have changed the band's members and the musical expression, but hasn’t lost popularity around the world.
Their most famous song “Golden Brown”, released in 1981, is still performed in films and on TV.
They had their first concert in Belgrade in 2004.
