Top Serbian General says KFOR important for stability
Serbia’s military chief General Ljubisa Dikovic said that he views KFOR as an important element of security and stability in Kosovo.
Dikovic, the Army of Serbia Chief of Staff, told KFOR commander Major General Salvatore Cuoci that the Serbian military attaches special significance to cooperation with the international forces iunder NATO command n Kosovo.
The two generals met at Nis airport for a top-level session of the Joint Implementation Commission for the Military Technical Agreement which ended the 1999 NATO air campaign and led to the withdrawal of Serbian forces from Kosovo.
