Serb children assaulted in Kosovo
A group of Serb children were assaulted on Wednesday evening in the Kosovo village of Staro Gracko, the Kosovo state TV (RTK) reported.
The RTK said the Serb children were attacked by a group of Albanians while playing on the village playground at around 08:00 pm.
Villagers tried to defend the children but despite their efforts, a Serb woman and a six month old baby were injured.
Staro Gracko is a Serb enclave in the Lipljan municipality in the >> Pročitaj celu vest na sajtu N1 televizija << south of Kosovo and is known for the July, 1999 murder of 14 farmers harvesting wheat.
The Kosovo Police were called to the scene, the RTK reported, adding that one of the Serbs was arrested.
