Kosovo determines "red line" in dialogue with Belgrade
Kosovo’s leadership adopted a document that defines its "red line" for the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue that will resume July 18 meeting in Brussels, Kosovo’s ‘Koha Ditore’ newspaper reported on Saturday.
Kosovo will at the meeting be represented by PM, Ramus Haradinaj, Parliament President Kadri Veseli, and Vice PM’s Bedzet Pacoli, Fatmir Ljimaj and Dardan Gasi, the paper said.
The officials are to meet with European Union High Representative for >> Pročitaj celu vest na sajtu N1 televizija << Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Federica Mogherini, but they will not attend the session at which Serbia’s President Aleksandar Vucic will take part, as only the Presidents of Kosovo and Serbia are invited, the Office of Kosovo’s Prime Minister said.
Kosovo’s representatives will insist for the engagement of the opposition in the talks as well, so that Kosovo’s entire political spectrum is represented at the meeting, it said.
Representatives of Kosovo’s ruling coalition spoke of a document which includes a platform stating that Kosovo will not negotiate on its statehood, sovereignty and integrity, and that it will not accept the establishment of another government level which puts its internal institutional functioning in question.
