Border change difficult issue, Albania PM Rama says
Albania’s Prime Minister Edi Rama said that border changes are a difficult topic but added that his country is obliged to support Kosovo.
He said any refusal to discuss the difficult issue of changes to borders is immature. “I believe it’s just a question of days, of common history but this is primarily a matter for Kosovo, its authorities should draw up a platform for the dialogue (with Serbia),” he said, adding that a decision should be taken by elected representatives.

The Kosovo state TV (RTK) said that his statement was the first time that Rama spoke about a possible change of the Kosovo-Serbia border.
“I said I would speak out about what I see as reasonable for Kosovo, but never on behalf of Kosovo, in case of any concrete discussion,” Rama said.
