Analyst: Thaci aims for territory swap not border correction
Kosovo President plans to give back parts of the Leposavic municipality’s territory to Serbia through legally binding agreement on normalisation of the relations with Serbia as well as Leska and part of Zubin Potok territory in the north of Kosovo, Pristina-based media reported.
Kosovo daily newspaper Koha Ditore carried political analyst Imer Mushkolaj who said that President of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci, is in this >> Pročitaj celu vest na sajtu N1 televizija << way not aiming for the border corrections but for a territory swap.
The fact that Thaci speaks of one part of the territory, in the north of Kosovo, said Mushkolaj, tells he is actually speaking of the territory swap.
In return, according to the analyst, the Kosovo President would get several villages in Presevo municipality.
