Među materijalima iz Dow-a najviše u skladu sa ovim ciljevima je StyrofoamTM, koristi se u mnogim pilot-projekatima, kao i u standardnim izgradnjama u praksi. U Velikoj Britaniji, StyrofoamTM je bio korišćen za izolaciju Carbon Neutral Poslovne zone (CaNeBuZo), prostor posvećen kancelarijama u celosti izgrađen korištenjem ove tehnologije.The use of Dow Building solutions in the field of sustainable construction has increased over the years to the point of becoming a benchmark in terms of aiding the reduction of emissions and savings in energy. Among the materials from Dow most coherent with these objectives is StyrofoamTM, used in many pilot projects as well as in standard building practice. In the UK, StyrofoamTM has been used to insulate the Carbon Neutral Business Zone (CaNeBuZo), an area dedicated to offices built entirely using technologies.
