Belgrade daily Vecernje Novosti said on Thursday that Chinese President Xi Jinping is sending half a million doses of the Sinopharm coronavirus vaccine to Serbia.

State Administration and Local Government Minister Marija Obradovic told parliament on Thursday that almost 900,000 people in Serbia received their first coronavirus vaccine shot and almost half a million were given the second shot.
