Two Serbia’s ski resorts on mounts Kopaonik and Stara planina announced on Wednesday (April 11) that enjoying skiing was over with better results than during the previous winter season.

 Since the beginning of the 2017-2018 period, on December 5, some 210,000 skiers visited Kopaonik and 248,000 ski passes were sold, a 28 percent rise compared to the 2016-2017 season.

The largest number of skiers, over 9,000 people, were on Kopaonik on February 8. Mt. Stara Planina >> Pročitaj celu vest na sajtu N1 televizija << was also well visited with over 28,000 ski passes sold, or 35 percent more than during 2016-2017 season.

This mountain hosted over 50,000 skiers, with February 17 seeing 2,000 of them on its slopes.
