Ivan Relja from Croatia, young businessman who sees his future, but also development of his business, somewhere abroad, is urgently selling a home in the Dubrava suburb near Sibenik, and he is donating a car and speedboat with it!
In fact, his ad became popular in Croatia, because no one can believe that the buyer in the amount of 200,000 euros, will become the owner of valuable car, while the intermediary in this business would get a luxury vessel.

- I am moving out of Croatia and i don't need the house, as well as the car which i will give away to the buyer of the house. The house is great, it has basement, ground floor and first floor. The total area is 255 m2, oriented so it will be sunny whole day. In the basement there are 3 rooms (1 as a storeroom, 2 for resting), ground floor consists of a kitchen, dining room, living room, toilet / bathroom and a study room / games room.
