Worker dies after ex-US embassy building’s wall collapses
A construction worker was killed in central Belgrade on Wednesday after a wall of the former US embassy’s building collapsed at the site where an Israeli investor has been building a luxury residential complex, N1 reported.
The other two men luckily escaped.
The cause of the collapse was not immediately apparent.
The investor had all necessary permits and honoured all regulations, the deputy mayor Goran Vesic has told N1.
