'It is no secret at all that the Army is sheltering Mladic. That was the case while we were in the government, too. We had information that the Army was securing and controlling Mladic. If you remember, Pavkovic admitted that indirectly saying on one occasion 'A month ago we have suspended Mladic's pass cards'. However, they continued control over Mladic', Popovic said.
'Then government had undertaken no action since then president of the Federal republic of Yugoslavia Vojislav Kostunica did not want to do anything', Popovic said.
