USA Secretary of State for control of armament and international security John Bolton said that 'there are proofs that Al Kaeda is renewing its net in the Balkans'.
'One have to ask what the peace keepers were doing when the structures that organized the cruelest terrorist actions were set up during their presence', Bolton said.
