UNPRECEDENTED CASE IN SERBIA: She married her UNCLE to inherit his FOREIGN CURRENCY PENSION!

There are words of the case of Saveta N (50) in Nis these days, who married a brother of her mother - her uncle - Vladislav S. in order to inherit his pension, which he earned working in Switzerland.

The case was unknown to police until a month ago because someone informed the police. Basic public prosecutor's office took part in the case, and it is determined that the two did not commit any criminal act, so there are no basis for criminal charges.

However, the Law on Marriage >> Pročitaj celu vest na sajtu Telegraf.rs << and family relationships have been violated, by which it is strictly forbidden for close relatives to get into marriage.

Saveta justified her action and says that it was her uncle's idea to protect her, as reported by Belgrade media, she is single mother of two unemployed children. She justifies her action by saying that she is not the first or the last that has done it because of the other's pension, because she couldn't get her own.

On a question if they were in a love affair she said:

- God forbid, he is my uncle. I don't know if anyone can imagine me having something with him. We respect each other, and the whole family knows what we did. He had honest intents and i accepted it only because of the pension because age was catching up to me as well. I work at a newsstand, i sell vegetables and fruits from days end. And i don't see him, because he is in Switzerland. What kind of people could think of that we were in love affair - said Saveta to Belgrade media.

She said she is very curious about who reported them and why because she is not to blame.

- I will find him and see what's his problem with me - said Saveta.

The family law is worthless, said experts, about the marriage between siblings. It is considered that this marriage is not regular, and from the point of view of the mentioned law, it is considered that this marriage is not even conducted, hence Saveta can not inherit the pension.
