Mihail Dudas had a great start in heptathlon at the European Championships in Belgrade Kombank Arena.
Serbian heptathlonian is currently sixth in the overall standings, and the third place is 50 points away from him, and there are three more disciplines left.
Dudas in Shot Put took seventh place with the result 14.33 and he won 763 points. Later in high jump he jumped 2.01 meters and won 925 points.
He is currently in sixth place >> Pročitaj celu vest na sajtu Telegraf.rs << with 3344 points, and Kevin Majer with 3571 points, Jorge Urena with 3446, Adam Helcelet with 3392, and Ashley Bryant with 2284 points are in front of him.
SUMMERY OF THE MORNING DISCIPLINES
He was first in his group after the race at 60 meters.
- I expected to be even faster, but I have six more disciplines so i still have time to prove myself. Hall looks really imposing and impressive - Dudas said after the race.
However, the competition was great in the second race, Jorge Ureña and Dominik Distelberger crossed the finish line with a time of 6.94, followed by Kevin Mayer with 6.95, while the fourth and fifth were Rosenberg and Cairoli, who thankfully had worse time than Dudasa who was 7:04.
A little later, in the long jump, Dudas had 5th score with 7:40, and he fell to sixth place on general ranking.
In the third discipline, shot put our contestant took 7th place with 14.33 meters, which earned him fifth place in the overall standing.
However, in the high jump he jumped 1.89 meters in the first series and he broke to the fourth position in the overall standings.
