Summit100: How to save qualified workforce?
The participants of the second day of the Summit100 of the business leaders from South-Eastern Europe discussed whether the region could be competitive on the global market, N1 reported on Tuesday.
The other topic was how to prevent the qualified workforce and talents from fleeing the region.
The employers have argued that today a salary is not the only issue, but that working conditions matter, adding they have to be more flexible in finding the ways to motivate workers >> Pročitaj celu vest na sajtu N1 televizija << to stay.
The other issues included the reforms in educational systems to help the young to enter the market and to teach them to be flexible and change jobs since no one could be certain which profession would be wanted in ten years from now.
The Summit100 opened in Belgrade on Monday with the digitalisation and the fourth industrial revolution dominating the discussions.
