Zbog fotografija zategnutog tela, Kajla Itsines je u kratkom roku prikupila skoro dva miliona fanova na Instagramu. Ogromnu popularnost uživa i na ostalim društvenim mrežama, navodi Business Insider.
- Nisam o tome razmišljala u to vreme. Koristila sam Instagram kao blog i znam da će zvučati glupo, ali nisam znala da ljudi mogu da vide ono što objavljujem na njemu - rekla je Kajle.
Pravu lavinu fanova pokrenula je objavljivanjem svojih fotografija pre i posle >> Pročitaj celu vest na sajtu SrbijaDanas.com << vežbanja. Iznenadili su je ljudi koji su je u velikom broju pitali za savete.
- Trudila sam se da im pomognem i da budem ljubazna prema njima, pa sam napravila jednu knjigu, kao zbirku mojih treninga. Tada je sve eksplodiralo - ispričala je ona. Sad ima toliko posla da iza sebe ima tim ljudi koji joj pomaže sa objavama na društvenim mrežama.
Walk time😊😊 I’m still doing 30 minute walks with NO incline at 5.5-5.8 KPH or 3.8 MPH (depending on where you are in the world). During that walk, I drink 600mls of water. I do my walks AFTER food, NOT fasted (as I’m pregnant and that doesn’t feel right to me). I know there’s a lot of opinions out there. I’ve been working with women for almost 10 years now, mostly mums. No one is more excited about this baby than me (and tobi) and I would NEVER ever ever do ANYTHING unsafe. My training looks high intensity because of the music and the way the videos are cut. Trust me, my exercises are SLOW and controlled 💛💛 To the people who are new to my page, I am very well known for high intensity jump and bodyweight training. Good morning !! (From Australia) it’s Monday morning here!! I love Monday’s because it’s my “get everything done” day. I do my shopping, clean the house, do some washing, train, cook etc etc. I love setting myself up for the week by being organised😁😁 I also think one of the biggest reasons I enjoy Monday is because I actually don’t drink so I don’t feel sick or tired in the mornings💪 Looking forward to a good day today 😁 Hope everyone had a great weekend!! www.kaylaitsines.com/app

Do you get muscle cramps??? These happen when your muscle forcibly contracts involuntarily. This can happen at night, while you are exercising or during your daily activities — the time that it occurs often depends on the cause of the muscle cramp😖. 😴Muscle fatigue is a common cause of cramping, both during a workout and when you are resting. Because exercise stimulates muscles and causes them to contract and lengthen, cramps can happen when your muscles become tired. This then makes it harder to ‘turn off’ muscle contraction. 🦵If you tend to get muscle cramps during workouts in hot weather, this can be a sign of dehydration muscle cramps. Basically, your body is losing fluids, which means it doesn’t have enough sodium and electrolytes, which are vital for functionality. This can then affect nerve function, causing muscles to contract involuntarily. There are many things you can do to help - like staying hydrated, foam rolling after your workouts and warm up and cool down properly! There are also certain foods you can eat if you suffering from cramping like banana, watermelon, seeds, sweet potato and green leafy vegetables (to name a few)! I’m my happiest when I’m training clients! I just LOVE watching people work for what they want. I love watching people push themselves and I LOVE when they suddenly do things they said they previously “couldn’t”. Working hard and having respect for your body is SO ATTRACTIVE! Keep at it ladies - you may not get told it everyday ... but you in the gym, sweaty, puffed out and tired.... someone sees you, someone respects you and someone finds that VERY attractive ... even if you don’t at the time💪☀️www.kaylaitsines.com/app

Na pitanje šta je tajna njenog uspeha, odgovorila je da je reč o dobrim fitnes savetima i sjajnom medijskom planu, kao i stavljanju poslovnih motiva na drugo mesto. Naime, zadovoljstvo i uspesi njenih fanova bili su joj i ostali najvažniji.
- Svi imamo vreme za vežbanje. Dobra stvar je da se mnoge vežbe mogu raditi kod kuće. Dovoljno je da imate podlogu za vežbanje, malo prostora i malo truda. Želim da ljudi znaju da je moj program namenjen svima, a ne samo meni - poručuje ona.
