Serbia’s customs seized fake designer clothing
The customs officers at the Gradina border crossing between Serbia and Bulgaria seized almost a tonne of textile suspected to be copies of several designers’ brands, the Beta news agency reported on Friday.
The officers searched a lorry carrying the merchandise from Istanbul to the Brcko District in Bosnia.
The load contained female clothing, handbags, belts, all the apparent copies of “Gucci,” “Louis Vuitton,” “Michael Cross,” “Armani,” and “Hugo Boss.”
The content also included children’s “Minnie Mouse” nightshirts, sports clothing and “Nike” and Adidas” trainers.
