Serbia’s Defence Min: Greater Albania is key security issue
Serbia’s Defence Minister Aleksandar Vulin said on Friday that a crucial issue for his country and regional safety was the idea of “Greater Albania,” the Beta news agency reported.
Addressing the “Toward Safe Serbia” conference in Belgrade, he said that “the Greater Albania was causing serious instability and deep concerns,” adding that the absence of the international community reaction was worrying.

“If the conflicts in the Balkans happen again they will be caused by an attempt to solve the Albanian national issue and neglect all other national questions,” Vulin said.
According to him, the most dangerous security challenges in the Balkans are “illegal declaration of Kosovo independence,” Islamic fundamentalism, migrant crisis and “a brutal violation of the international law.”
