Serbian roads company, Turkey’s Tasyapi sign reconstruction
The Serbian roads company Putevi Srbije signed a contract on Monday with the Turkish Tasyapi Group to reconstruct a road in the Sandzak region along the border with Bosnia-Herzegovina.
A government press release said that the contract was signed by Construction, Traffic and Infrastructure Minister Zorana Mihajlovic, Tasyapi executive board Chairman Emrullah Turanli and Putevi Srbije acting CEO Zoran Drobnjak.
The contract calls for the reconstruction of 20.5 kilometres >> Pročitaj celu vest na sajtu N1 televizija << of a major road between the towns of Novi Pazar and Tutin in the Sandzak area which has a large Moslem population with business ties to Turkey.
“The implementation of the first project with Turkey’ Tasyapi company, worth 24 million Euros, begins today,” Minister Mihajlovic said.
