Serbian President congratulates Putin’s birthday
Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic talked with the Russian President via phone and congratulated his birthday.
Vucic wished Vladimir Putin "good health and a happy life as well as lots of wisdom, strength and will. He wished him continues successes in his duty as President and to continue to defend Russia’s interests and lead the brotherly Russian people on the path of progress," President’s office said.
"I’m very thankful to you for all the help Russia provided >> Pročitaj celu vest na sajtu N1 televizija << in defending our state and national interests. This halp is reflected in Russia’s active support in the UN and other international organisations in which Serbia defends its territorial integrity and sovereignty as well as its independence and libertarian tradition," Vucic told Putin.
He added that he awaits the Russian President’s visit to Serbia with great joy.
Thanking Vucic for the birthday wishes, Putin once again confirmed his visit to Serbia, saying: "See you in Serbia, dear friend," Vucic’s cabinet said.
