Serbian PKB agriculture company sold
The Al Dahra company is set to buy the PKB agriculture company for 105 million Euros, the Serbian Ministry of the Economy said on Friday.
Al Dahra’s offer of 105.055 million Euros was accepted after a tender commission determined that it meet all the requirements. The company, owned by a company in the UAE, was the only bidder.
A ministry statement said that the price of a herd of cattle owned by PKB will be added to the offered price.
The contract will be signed after the government body in charge of preventing money laundering gives its opinion to the ministry.
