Probe into seven Serbia's firms for tender rigging
Serbia’s Commission for Protection of Competition launches an investigation into seven participants in the market suspected of rigging tenders in public procurement of office equipment thus violating a competition.
The procedures are launched into four Belgrade-based companies, two from a southern city of Nis and one from a central town of Jagodina.
The Commission said on Tuuesday it conducted an unannounced visit at five locations to collect documents necessary for >> Pročitaj celu vest na sajtu N1 televizija << further proceedings.
Such visits, Commission says, prove as very effective in finding the documents of the market participants which may substantially violate and prevent the competition.
