Patriarch Irinej: I will travel to Montenegro
The head of the Serbian Orthodox Church, Patriarch Irinej, said Sunday that he will be travelling to Montenegro and that claims of him being put on some unwanted persons list were media speculations.
The Patriarch told the daily Vecernje Novosti that he was travelling to Montenegro on Monday together with John X, the head of the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Antioch and All The East.
The paper said the two will spend several days in Montenegro and that sources close to the Montenegrin government said they will not obstruct his visit.
