N1 queries to electronic media body without answer
N1 Belgrade has sent three questions to Serbia’s Electronic Media Regulatory Body (REM) asking it to comment the state TV (RTS) decision to charge the United Group 27 times more for the programme distribution abroad and still has not got any answer.
It also asked for an explanation related to a special fee for the RTS services on mobile devices in Serbia.
The RTS had also no comment on the decision, while Croatia's distributors switched off its signal in the country.

REM has not answered any of the queries, and in the meantime, the RTS and the distributors are trying to settle the matter before a court.
The RTS sued the Pink International company for airing its programmes on Pink Klik, and Pink TV platforms and the Economic Appeal Court ruled it should not be possible without an exclusive agreement with the state TV.
However, the part of the ruling regarding the fine Pink should have paid to the RTS was sent back to a lower court for another deliberation.
