Montenegro bans Serbian intellectuals

The Montenegrin police has banned a group of Serbian intellectuals and politicians from entering the country, claiming that they could pose a danger to national security, the Beta news agency reported quoting a newspaper report.

The Dan daily in the Montenegrin capital Podgorica said that the police confirmed that Montenegrin-born writer Matija Beckovic, historians Cedomir Antic and Aleksandar Rakovic and lawyer turned politician Dejan Mirovic had been banned from entering Montenegro.
